Every month we host challenge groups where we work with you personally on nutrition and fitness to help you meet your goals.

We take a handful of people each month so contact us when you are ready to make the commitment.

  2. i wouldn't mind being involved with one of the challenges. I'm looking into getting the 21 day challenge but not sure which one to get. I'm currently 44 rather will be 44 on Saturday I've always been some what active but I have put on a few pounds lately and gravity is starting to take its toll. I'm 5'5" and my weight is 135lbs. I do know in the past I get board with the same old thing all the time and I really can't stick to a blah diet I like taste in my food but I also don't want to spend a ton of money buying specialty foods. I really don't have anyone around me that would be a support system to do any type of workout and meal plans with me so that I can stay accountable. Any ideas or suggestions would be great thanks

  3. I'm interested! I'm a mom of 4 kids (all under 10) and newly single at 30 years old. I've never been athletic or super active during my life. I teach so I'm at least decently active. I maintain my weight. I gained weight with each kid, but then maintained what I was after pregnancy...then would gain more with the next one and so on. I have lost 17 lbs on my own, but I am struggling to find time and motivation. This sounds like it might help me.

  5. I am definitely interested. I am 47 years old with 3 kids (22, 16 and 5. Yes, 5 years old. Can anybody say: Surprise!!) Anyway, entering menopause, so perimenopausal and packed a hefty 40 pounds on since joining college 3 years ago. Nothing seem to work. Please, help!!

  6. I am definitely interested in the challenge. I am a 40 year old mother of 3 boys, ages 16, 18 and 20. I am 5'2 and 170 lbs. I most definitely have the mom pouch going on and really need to get it gone. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

  7. I am very interested in finding out some more information on the challenge. I am a 46 year old mom of 4 kids. 23, 16, 14 and 9. I have been going to the gym on and off for 2 years and have lost about 25 lbs. I have plateaued at 165, i am 5:8"

  8. I would definitely love to join one of your challenges! I am a 34 year old mother of three 13, 7, and 2 year old. I do have what you guys called the "mom pooch" except mine is spreading! I was hitting the gym pretty regularly and was loving my body, but we just moved out of state a couple of months ago and can no longer afford to pay for a new gym membership right now. Unfortunately, now I no longer like my body and I definitely do NOT feel sexy for my husband :( On top of this, I recently signed up for a 5k obstacle course mud run in a couple of months and there is no way I'm going to finish this thing with the way I am now. Please I need your help!!! I would be so grateful if you guys could help me get back into shape and feel good about my body again!

  11. I would love more info on your challenge group!!! I have not worked out since before my twins were born 2 1/2 years ago! I still have my baby weight and my mom pooch x2. I need help getting started with this...,I would love to feel more like myself again!!!

  12. I would like info on the challenge and the Meal plans that you have. I cant eat dairy or gluten. Do you have plans to accommodate a special diet?

  13. I would love to join your challenge I lost 35 pounds two years ago and 10 pounds has "snuck" back on! I think it might be due to pre menopause. I am 46 and had twins almost twenty years ago. I hope it not too late to get rid of this m

  14. I would love to join this challenge. I am 28 year old stay at home mom of 3. I have been working hard the past 8 months losing the 60 lbs I put on with the last baby. He was 9 lbs 3oz, which may not seem big to some but coming from me a very small built women, let's just say I got huge! Haha. I have finally reached my goal of 120lbs but along the way I didn't focus much on toning up more on just losing the weight and now I'm kicking myself for that cause I now suffer from the mom pooch. I haven't worn a bathing suit with confidence in years and this year I would love to buy a bikini and feel confident in it. I am semi athletic and do enjoy working out my issue is in the kitchen I am lost when it comes to dieting, I would love to do this challenge to kick my but into gear and get me on the right path to a better, healthier me. Now that we are done having kids I really want to start focusing on my body since I dedicated it to my children over the last 8 years I think I deserve that ��
