Hey Everyone!!!

Today I am sharing a tool to help all of you!!!!!!!!

With my 21 Day Fix Challenge starting soon I wanted to help make a visual for all of you to see what kind of meal ideas fit with this plan.  I am a visual person.  I need it in front of me to see what I need to prep and get ready.  I have also provided the websites below where my dinners are planned!!! (they can also be searched for on this blog)

I hope that you all enjoy this guide.  Remember that I prep my lunches ahead of time and my breakfast casseroles too!!! If you have questions please email me at Haley.fourfitsisters@gmail.com.

Here are some of the links listed above:

Chicken Stir Fry
Turkey Meatballs and Zucchini
Stuffed Peppers

Happy Planning and Prepping.  Let's get toned together!!!

    1. ok so I'm looking into getting the 21 day fix routine but not sure which package to get. I've tried the chalene extreme and zumba but my problem is I get board with doing the same routines all the time and I need help with planning a meal plan and planning one where I have a variety of things without having to go to a specialty shop to get the food and spend twice as much for one week of meals than I would for a whole month worth of food that I would normally eat. Any help or idea would be great

  3. I am doing the 21 Day Fix and am in my 3rd week. I feel great and love the plan. I am feeling stronger and seeing results. I notice you have Shakeology on your chart twice. Should we do 2 a day?? I have to be honest I am having a hard time finishing all of my containers. I am on the 1200 calorie chart which is the least amount. Thanks!

  9. Any chance you have a version of the meal plan that is editable so I can make a few changes and print it for myself?

  11. I received my 21 day fix last week. I must admit that I'm a little overwhelmed. What is the best way to start?

  12. Do you have a printable file for this document?

  13. I just received my 21 Day Fix yesterday. I've read most of the reading material, but not the meal plan book in its entirety. From the reading I've done so far I've printed out tally sheets and I've created a 21dayfix/Focust25 hybrid workout calendar. My next step is a meal plan calendar...this is perfect for what I'm trying to do.

    1. I do an "average" when I measure this out. :) So if I know that I am putting a pound of bison in...and I separate the dish out into 6 meals I know (approx) how many reds and greens and yellows are in each box.
