Fit Friday

Welcome to Fit Friday readers.  Today I want to review the most recent workouts that I have discovered, Les Mills PUMP.

Pump1

It is official...I am obsessed.  This is the first time I have felt truly STRONG since being a college athlete.  Like it says above it's based on the in-gym workouts "BODY PUMP."  The best part about this version is that you can do it in the privacy of your home.

Why this works is simple...it's an athlete's workout.

This does NOT mean you must BE an athlete in order to do it.  It means it will make you TRAIN like an athlete.

The types of moves and repetitions really force that "burn" that your body needs in order to change.  They have the best sayings that get stuck in your head.  "It's the repetition that gets the definition."  All while inspiring you to get past the burn and finish this intense workout.   I have felt my butt LIFT for the first time since not playing softball and running around the bases and ball field.

Like I said, you will be working toward an athlete's body.

If you feel like you are stuck in a rut, or feel like you just can't see any more results doing what you are doing now, I would HIGHLY recommend Les Mills PUMP.  It's unlike any workout I have ever been able to do at home.
